摘要
随着5G通信技术的发展和应用,为适应5G通信的三大应用场景,各大运营商都在大力推进,密集组网。蝶形引入光缆在光纤到户、移动室内分布系统建设中被大量采用。然而,在蝶形引入光缆生产过程中经常出现断纤,也影响产品的质量,造成经济损失。本工作以蝶形引入光缆生产为研究对象,运用精益6σ工具对蝶形引入光缆生产工艺、装备技术等各环节进行分析,找到断纤的原因,采取措施,通过生产及验证,行之有效。
Powered by the development and application of 5G communication technology,major operators are vigorously promoting intensive networking for adapting to the three application scenarios of 5G communication technology.The bow⁃type optical fiber cable is widely used in the construction of FTTH(X)and Mobile indoor distribution system.However,in the production process of the bow⁃type optical cable,fiber breakage occurs frequently,resulting in economic losses and affecting product quality.The production of bow optical cable was taken as the research object,and the production process and equipment technology of the bow⁃type optical cable were analyzed,It found out the reasons of fiber breakage,and took measures by using Lean 6σtool.It was effective through production and verification.
