基于改进光度立体技术的路面三维纹理重构测量 被引量:1

Measurement of Pavement 3D Texture Based on Improved Photometric Stereo Technique

摘要 为实现光度立体算法对沥青路面三维纹理的精确测量,更好服务于交通安全,引入多光源修正和低秩分解算法对传统的三光源光度立体技术进行改进。并以手持式路面纹理激光扫描仪测量结果为参照,对比分析改进前后光度立体算法的测量效果。结果表明,改进算法使用6光源代替3光源,依据成像系统自带的低秩特性,求解理论合成亮度矩阵,可以较好地消除噪音、高光和阴影等因素的不利影响,取得良好的重构视觉效果。相比传统算法,改进算法最大绝对偏差和平均绝对偏差分别为0.20 mm和0.02 mm,可以满足路面三维宏观和微观纹理测量的需要。 In order to realize the accurate measurement of the 3 D texture of asphalt pavement and better serve the traffic safety, the multi-light source correction and low-rank decomposition algorithm are introduced to improve the traditional photometric stereo method using three-light source. Further, based on the results of the portable laser scanner, the results of the photometric stereo algorithm before and after the improvement are compared and analyzed. The results show that the improved algorithm uses 6 light sources instead of 3 light sources, and solves the theoretical composite luminance matrix according to the low-rank characteristics of the imaging system, which can effectively eliminate the adverse effects of noise, highlight and shadow, and achieve good visual reconstruction effects. Compared with the traditional algorithm, the maximum absolute deviation and the average absolute deviation of the improved algorithm are 0.20 mm and 0.02 mm respectively, which can meet the needs of three-dimensional macro and micro texture measurement of road surface.
