摘要
目的探讨紫癜护理中应用家庭联动护理对患儿近期预后改善的效果。方法选择2016年1月—2020年6月本院收治的紫癜患儿50例作为研究对象,抓阄法分为对照组和研究组两组,每组各25例。对照组开展常规护理;研究组联合家庭联动护理。比对血小板恢复情况、护理依从性、近期不良反应发生水平。结果护理后,与对照组比对,研究组血小板恢复情况、护理依从性更佳;不良反应发生水平为8.00%,低于对照组的24.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫癜患儿护理中应用家庭联动护理模式,可促进病症转归,改善患儿出现的临床症状,还可以提升患儿疾病预后效果,降低其不良反应发生水平,进而提升患儿护理依从性,促使患儿尽早恢复,故可推广。
Objective To explore the effect of family ganged nursing on the improvement of the short-tern prognosis of children with purpura.Methods 50 cases of children with purpura those were admitted to our hospitalfrom January,2016 to June,2020 were enrolled as study objects.They were divided into control group and research group according to lottery method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care;The research group combined with family ganged care.The platelet recovery,nursing compliance and recent adverse reactions were compared.Results After nursing,the platelet recovery and nursing compliance of the study group were betterthan the control group,and the incidence of ADR of the study groupwas 8.00%which was lower than 24.00%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of family ganged nursing mode in the nursing of children with purpura could promote the outcome of the disease,improve the clinical symptoms and the prognosis of the children,reduce the level of adverse reactions,and improve the nursing compliance of the children,worth of promotion.
