摘要
目的调查分析泸州市城市空巢老人的医养结合服务需求现状,并探讨影响其医养结合服务需求的因素。方法2019年6-12月,对泸州市江阳区、龙马潭区、纳溪区的10个社区、2所三级甲等医院、3所二级以下医院的60岁以上300名城市空巢老人进行医养结合服务需求问卷调查,发放问卷300份,回收有效问卷286份,最后确定调查人数为286名。结果286名老年人中有158名城市空巢老人有医养结合需求,其医养结合需求率为55.2%。单因素分析显示,不同年龄、学历、月收入水平、患病数量、子女数量、代际关系、自理能力、医养结合认知度的空巢老人医养结合服务需求比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、月收入、患病数量影响城市空巢老人的医养结合服务需求。结论城市空巢老人医养结合需求受多种因素的影响,建议深入了解老人需求,促进养老、医疗护理的融合与建设,完善养老保障体系,精准服务于老人。
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of the demand for integrated medical and nursing care services among empty-nest elderly people in Luzhou city,and to explore the factors that affected their demand for integrated medical and nursing services.Methods From June to December 2019,we select 300 urban empty-nest elderly people over 60-year-olds from 10 communities,2 third-level A-level hospitals,and 3 second-level and lower hospitals in Jiangyang district,Longmatan district,and Naxi district of Luzhou city,and the above 300 urban empty-nest elderly people were conducted to perform a questionnaire survey on the demand for medical and elderly care services.As a result,300 questionnaires were distributed,286 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the number of respondents was fi nally determined to be 286.Results Among the 286 elderly people,158 urban empty-nest elderly had the demand for the combination of medical and nursing care,and the demand rate of the combination of medical and nursing care was 55.2%.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically signifi cant diff erences in the demand for medical and nursing services for the empty-nest elderly with diff erent age,education level,monthly income level,number of illnesses,numbers of children,intergenerational relationships,self-care ability,and awareness of the combination of medical and nursing care(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age,monthly income,and the number of illnesses aff ected the demand for medical and nursing services for the urban empty-nest elderly.Conclusion The combined medical and nursing needs of the urban empty-nest elderly were aff ected by various factors.It was recommended to deeply understand the needs of the elderly,promote the integration and construction of elderly care and medical care,improve the elderly care security system,and accurately serve the elderly.
