填料类型与填充率对短程硝化的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究不同填料类型与不同填充率对氨氮转化能力及亚氮积累效果影响。结果表明,在填充率相同的情况下,比表面积800 m^(2)/m^(3)的PE-03型号填料亚硝化效果最佳,氨氮转化50%,亚氮积累99%,PE-04型号填料比表面积1200 m^(2)/m^(3),相比于PE-03,氨氮转化降低5%、亚氮积累降低3%,PE-05型号填料比表面积510 m^(2)/m^(3),相比于PE-03,氨氮转化30%、亚氮积累92%;随着填料填充率10%增加到30%,氨氮转化能力从20%增长至55%,之后再增加填充料,会小范围减小亚硝化能力,最低降至48%,由于该阶段亚硝化稳定运行,AOB优势生长,填充率的改变对亚氮积累率的影响不大。不同填料类型的影响研究中,PE-03型号的填料效果最佳;在填充率的考察中,随着同种填料填充率的增加,氨氮转化能力先增加后略微减小,对亚氮积累的情况影响较小;综合经济及技术因素,确定悬浮填料取材为PE-03型号,比表面积为800 m^(2)/m^(3),填充率为30%,此时氨氮转化与亚氮积累能力最佳。 Effects of different filler types and filling rates on ammonia nitrogen conversion capacity and nitrite accumulation were studied.The results showed that the PE-03 type filler with a specific surface area of 800 m^(2)/m^(3) has the best nitrosation effect under the same filling rate,the ammonia nitrogen conversion and nitrite accumulation were reached 50%and 99%,respectively.Compared with the PE-03,an ammonia nitrogen conversion reduced by 5%and nitrite accumulation reduced by 3%were found on the PE-04 type filler with a specific surface area of 1200 m^(2)/m^(3).And the ammonia nitrogen conversion of 30%and nitrite accumulation of 92%were found on the PE-05 type filler with a specific surface area of 510 m^(2)/m^(3).The ammonia nitrogen conversion capacity was increased from 20%to 55%by increasing the filler filling rate from 10%to 30%,then the added fillers will reduce the nitrosation capacity in a small range and the reduced minimum was 48%.Due to the stable operation of the nitrosation stage,the dominant growth of AOB and the change of filling rate had little effect on the nitrite accumulation rate.In the work,the PE-03 type filler has the best effect in the different filler types.The ammonia nitrogen conversion capacity of the same type of fillers was increased and then slightly decreased with increasing the filling rate,that showed a weak effect on the nitrite accumulation.Based on the comprehensive economics and technical factors,it was determined that the ammonia nitrogen conversion and nitrite accumulation capacity showed the best under the PE-03 type as the suspended filler with the specific surface area of 800 m^(2)/m^(3) and the filling rate of 30%.
