摘要
主变档位控制器是变电站设备维护中易被忽视的一个重要环节,其故障将会直接影响变电站潮流的即时可控性,严重时将导致枢纽变电站的电压崩溃。对此,提出采用具有BCD编码功能的档位变送器和升降停调档控制功能的测控装置替代传统档位控制器的方法,实现档位显示和调档控制功能。该方法接线简单,原理清晰,同时具有较强的普适性,能快速有效地解决因档位控制器故障易被忽视造成的变电站潮流不可控的问题,提升变电站运维水平。
The main transformer gear controller is an important link which is easily neglected in the maintenance of substation equipment.Its malfunction will directly affect the real-time controllability of substation load flow,and will lead to the voltage collapse of the hub substation in serious cases.Therefore,the tap transmitter with BCD code function&the measuring and control device with shifting and stopping the tap controll function is intraduced to replace the traditional tap controller.It can realize the function of displaying and controlling transformer tap.The method is characterized by simple wiring,clear principle and strong universality.It can quickly and effectively solve the problem of uncontrolled power flow in substation caused by the neglect of tap controller malfunction,and then improve substation operation and maintenance level.
