摘要
目的全面了解高尿酸血症(HUA)与痛风发病机制最新研究进展及热点。方法检索CNKI数据库2005年1月至2021年7月关于HUA与痛风发病机制研究的相关文献,用CiteSpace软件生成作者、研究机构、关键词等信息并分析。结果共有2417篇文献纳入研究,生成的图谱共有707位作者被纳入,形成以张冰、林志健、朱继孝为代表的主要合作团队。共有194所研究机构被纳入,主要包括北京中医药大学、黑龙江中医药大学等。共有681个关键词被纳入,形成“急性痛风性关节炎”“HUA”“2型糖尿病”等11个自然聚类;近年突现关键词有“氧化应激”“代谢组学”等。结论以可视化图谱方式分析HUA与痛风发病机制研究的发展现状与热点,为该领域研究提供方向及思路。
Objective To comprehensively learn about the latest advances and hotspots of the study on the pathogenesis of hyperuricemia(HUA)and gout.Methods The relevant pieces of literature on the study of HUA and gout pathogenesis from January 2005 to July 2021 in the China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI)database were retrieved,and the information of authors,research institutions and keywords were generated and analyzed by CiteSpace software.Results A total of 2417 pieces of literature were included in the study,and a total of 707 authors were included in the generated mapping,forming a major collaborative team represented by ZHANG Bing,LIN Zhijian,and ZHU Jixiao.A total of 194 research institutions were included,mainly including Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,etc.In addition,a total of 681 keywords were included,forming 11 natural clusters such as"acute gouty arthritis""HUA""type 2 diabetes mellitus",etc.The keywords such as"oxidative stress"and"metabolomics"have emerged in recent years.Conclusion The advances and hotspots of the study on the pathogenesis of HUA and gout analyzed by visual mapping will provide directions and ideas for the study in this field.
