摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科护理对腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术患者预后的影响。方法选取医院2019年10月至2021年1月收治的实施腔镜胰十二指肠切除术患者78例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各39例。对照组患者予常规护理,试验组患者进行快速康复外科护理。结果护理后,试验组患者的术后恢复情况及并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术患者进行快速康复外科护理,能缩短恢复时间,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)on the prognosis of patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy.Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent endoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy in our hospital from October 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,39 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the experimental group were given ERAS.Results After nursing,the postoperative recovery and the incidence of complications in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS for patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy can shorten the recovery time and reduce the incidence of complications.
