摘要
目的:探究健康教育在癫痫患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年3月贵州航天医院收治的癫痫患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。试验组给予健康教育;对照组给予常规护理。护理14 d后比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组护理总有效率、各项健康知识掌握度评分、护理依从率及护理满意度均高于对照组,护理后的生活质量评分也高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予癫痫患者健康教育,可显著改善患者生活质量,提高健康知识掌握度,提升护理依从率及护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of health education in the nursing of patients with epilepsy.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,84 patients with epilepsy admitted to Guizhou Aerospace Hospital were randomLy divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The test group was given health education;the control group was given routine care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared after 14 days of nursing.Results:The total effective rate of nursing care,various health knowledge mastery scores,nursing compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The quality of life scores after nursing were also higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving health education to patients with epilepsy can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,increase the mastery of health knowledge,and increase nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction.
