摘要
目的:研究腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术治疗早期子宫颈癌的临床效果。方法:2020年4月-2021年4月锦州医科大学附属第三医院收治早期子宫颈癌患者50例,依据治疗方式不同分为两组,各25例。对照组进行传统开腹手术治疗,试验组进行腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组患者治疗总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%;试验组患者术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间均明显少于对照组;试验组患者发生不良反应1例,对照组发生不良反应3例,试验组明显低于对照组;试验组治疗满意度为96.0%,明显高于对照组的76.0%。以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术治疗早期子宫颈癌,可以有效提高治疗有效率,减少并发症发生率,优化各项手术指标水平。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer in the treatment of early cervical cancer.Methods:From April 2020 to April 2021,50 patients with early cervical cancer who were admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received traditional open surgery.The experimental group underwent laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than 80.0%in the control group;The amount of intraoperative blood loss,operation time and hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group;There was 1 adverse reaction in the experimental group and 3 in the control group,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group;The satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,which was 76.0%.The above differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer in the treatment of early cervical cancer can effectively improve the effective rate,reduce the incidence of complications,and optimize the levels of various surgical indicators.
