摘要
目的:探讨牙髓血运重建术治疗年轻恒牙根尖周病变的效果及并发症发生率。方法:选取漳州市中医院2018年6月-2020年6月收治的124例年轻恒牙根尖周病变患者进行平行对照研究,以治疗方法不同均等分为对比组、研究组,分别给予根尖诱导成形术、牙髓血运重建术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、根管壁厚度、冠根比及并发症发生情况。结果:在综合有效率方面,研究组(96.77%)高于对比组的83.87%(P<0.05);在牙根生长情况方面,术前两组根管壁厚度、冠根比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3个月,研究组均高于对比组(P<0.05);在患牙疼痛情况方面,术前两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1、2、3个月比较,研究组VAS评分均低于对比组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对比组(P<0.05)。结论:在年轻恒牙根尖周病变患者临床治疗期间,采取牙髓血运重建术治疗,整体效果卓著,能够促进根管壁厚度、冠根比的增长,显著改善患者疼痛程度,同时,术后并发症发生率较低,安全可靠,因此,牙髓血运重建术可作为推荐术式在年轻恒牙根尖周病变患者临床治疗期间推广、应用。但是,治疗期间需严格遵循手术适应证、禁忌证,并严格按照手术流程进行,尽可能减少对周围组织的损伤。
Objective:To explore the effect and incidence of complications of pulp revascularization in the treatment of periapical lesions of young permanent teeth.Method:A total of 124 patients with periapical lesions of young permanent teeth admitted to Zhangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected for a parallel control study.They were equally divided into the control group and the study group by diferent treatment methods,and were treated with apical induction plasty and pulp revascularization respectively.The treatment effect,root canal wall thickness and crown-heel ratio and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:In terms of overall effective rate,96.77% of the study group was higher than 83.87% of the control group (P<0.05).In terms of root growth,there were no differences in root canal wall thickness and crown-heel ratio between the two groups before surgery (P>0.05),3 months after surgery,the study group was higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).In terms of tooth pain,there was no difference in VAS score between the two groups before surgery (P>0.05),1,2 and 3 months after surgery,the VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:During the clinical treatment of patients with young permanent teeth periapical lesions,the overall effect of pulp revascularization treatment is outstanding,which can improve the increase of root canal wall thickness and crown-heel ratio,significantly improve the pain level of patients,and at the same time,the incidence of postoperative complications is low,and the safety is reliable.Therefore,pulp revascularization can be used as a recommended procedure to promote and apply during the clinical treatment of young permanent teeth with periapical disease.However,during the treatment,the surgery must be strictly followed the indications,contraindications,and strictly follow the surgi
