覆盖处理对越冬林下西洋参生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为探究覆盖处理对皖西大别山区林下西洋参出苗的影响,本试验设置常规覆盖、浅覆盖和厚覆盖3种处理(分别以CK、T1与T2表示),分析对比各覆盖处理对土层含水量、地温以及林下西洋参出苗率、根系生长状况的影响。结果表明,T1和T2处理分别在0~10 cm与10~20 cm土层的保水率表现最佳;随着土层深度的增加,地温呈现上升趋势厚覆盖处理对各土层保温效果最佳。其中T2的出苗效果最佳,最终出苗率为80.12%,且根系生长状况最好,根系鲜重和干重分别达10.82 g和3.16 g,根长与根粗分别为40.82 mm和13.16 mm。因此,利用厚覆盖处理可有效保证林下西洋参生长环境以及出苗率,研究结果对于指导当地林下西洋参种植具有一定的借鉴意义。 In order to explore the effect of the mulching treatment on the emergence of Panax quinquefolium under the forest in Dabie mountainous area of western Anhui.Three treatments of conventional coverage,shallow coverage and thick coverage(represented the CK,T1 and T2,respectively) were set in the experiment.The results showed that T1 and T2 treatments performed better in 0~10 cm and 10~20 cm soil layers,respectively;As the depth of the soil layer increased,the ground temperature showed an upward trend,and the T2 treatment had the best thermal insulation effect on the each soil layer.Among them,T2 had the best seedling effect,and the final seedling rate was 80.12%,and the root growth was the best.The fresh and dry root weight reached 10.82 g and 3.16 g,and the root length and root thickness were 40.82 mm and 13.16 mm,respectively.Therefore,the use of thick mulch treatment can effectively ensure the growth environment and emergence rate of Panax quinquefolium under the forest,which has a certain reference significance for planting Panax quinquefolium under the forest.
