摘要
自动反冲洗过程是实现加氢改质装置中管道定期清洗的重要环节,但自动反冲洗频率高会造成原料油缓冲罐液位出现较大波动,针对某公司柴油加氢改质装置反冲洗过程中原料油缓冲罐液位波动使得整个回路受到影响的问题,使用线性自抗扰控制器会让原料油缓冲罐液位波动更小,有更快速的跟踪能力和更强的抗干扰能力,使该反冲洗过程控制性能得到了很大的提升,整个装置更能平稳的工作。
Automatic back flushing process is an important step to realize periodic cleaning of pipelines in hydro-upgrading unit. However, high frequency of automatic back flushing will cause great fluctuation of liquid level in raw material oil buffer tank. Aiming at the problem that the fluctuation of raw material buffer tank level in the back flushing process of diesel hydro-upgrading unit of a company affects the whole loop. The linear active disturbance rejection controller(LADRC) is applied to make the fluctuation of raw material buffer tank level smaller, and the tracking ability faster and disturbance rejection ability stronger, and the control performance of the back-flushing process improved sharply, and the whole devices work more smoothly.
