摘要
为解决顺义区农村生活污水治理工程项目管理中遇到的项目范围广、管理人员缺乏、工程资料管理难等问题,建立了农村污水工程管理信息化平台。经过平台的构建和使用,在质量、安全、进度管理方面均取得了较好的实用效果,同时可与运维单位较好地进行建设信息的移交。
In order to solve the problems encountered in the project management of rural domestic sewage treatment projects in Shunyi district,such as wide project scope,lack of management personnel,and difficulty in project data management,a rural sewage project management information platform has been established.Through the construction and use of the platform,good practical results have been achieved in terms of quality,safety,and schedule management.At the same time,the transfer of construction information with the operation and maintenance unit can be better.
