摘要
目的:探讨三维适形放射治疗联合同步化疗治疗食管癌的效果及对不良反应发生率的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月佳木斯市肿瘤结核医院收治的86例食管癌患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组43例。对照组给予单独三维适形放射治疗,研究组给予三维适形放射治疗联合同步化疗治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、吞咽困难改善率、生活质量改善率及不良反应发生情况等。结果:研究组生活质量总改善率、治疗总有效率、吞咽困难总改善率均明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维适形放射治疗联合同步化疗治疗食管癌患者能有效增强治疗效果,显著改善吞咽困难情况,还能进一步降低药物不良反应,有效提升生活质量,可推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with synchronous chemotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer and its effect on the incidence of adverse reactions.Method:A total of 86 cases of esophageal cancer treated in Jiamusi Cancer and Tuberculosis Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was given three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy alone,the study group was given three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with synchronous chemotherapy.The total effective rate,dysphagia improvement rate,quality of life improvement rate and adverse reactions of two groups were observed and analyzed.Result:The improvement rate of quality of life,total effective rate and total improvement rate of dysphagia in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with synchronous chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect,improved dysphagia,reduce adverse drug reactions,effectively improve the quality of life,it can be popularized.
