摘要
目的:对国际医学信息学主题动态演进进行研究,揭示该领域的发展脉络。方法:以Web of Science中1991-2020年发表的有关国际医学信息学的5219篇文献为研究对象,运用SciMAT软件得到以关键词为表征的关键词覆盖图、主题战略坐标图和主题演化路径图,并对各研究时区主题战略坐标和主题演化进行分析。结果:近30年来,国际医学信息学研究的发文量及关键词数量不断增多,各研究时期主题聚类不断增加,大致形成了需求与服务、医学信息化建设和智慧医疗与数据隐私安全3条演化路径。结论:国际医学信息学领域的研究范围和内容呈现多元化的发展态势,智慧医疗与数据隐私安全演化路径相对稳定,大数据时代智慧医疗和隐私安全将受到更多关注。
Objective To reveal the development of international medical information by analyzing its dynamic evolution.Methods The key words-covering graph,subject strategic coordinate graph and subject evolution pathway graph were plotted by SciMAT for the Web of Science―covered 5219 papers on international medical information publihed in 1991-2020.The subject strategic coordinate and subject evolution in different study periods were analyzed.Results The number of published papers on international medical information,the number of key words in published papers on international medical information,and the subject clustering kept an unceasing growth in different study periods during the recent 30 years,which approximately formed 3 subject evolution pathways,namely demand and service pathway,medical information construction pathway,smart medical treatment and data privacy security pathway.Conclusion The scope and contents of studies on international medical information present a diversified development trend.The smart medical treatment and data privacy evolution pathway is relatively stable.The smart medical treatment and data privacy should be more concerned in the big data era.
