摘要
目的分析药品不良反应(ADR),探究导致ADR的规律及特点,为临床安全合理用药提供参考依据。方法分类统计和分析2019年7月~2021年7月我院上报1162例ADR报告。结果ADR好发于50岁以上人群,男性多于女性患者;各类药品中发生ADR频率前三品种分别为抗微生物药物(245例,21.08%),抗肿瘤用药(109例,9.38%),心血管系统用药(107例,9.21%)。抗微生物药物导致ADR的前三品种分别为头孢菌素、喹诺酮类以及青霉素类抗菌药物;ADR累及的器官系统中主要为皮肤及附件(423例,36.40%)、消化系统(238例,20.48%)、神经系统(94例,8.09%);发生ADR给药途径前三的分别为静脉滴注给药(722例,62.13%)、口服给药(313例,26.94%)、皮下注射(40例,3.44%)。结论ADR发生与多种因素有关,应加强ADR预警及监测,促进临床合理用药。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the adverse drug reactions(ADR),and explore characteristics of it.METHODS 1162 cases of ADR reported in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were analyzed.RESULTS ADR tended to occur in people over 50 years old;Drugs involved in ADR were mainly anti-microbial drugs(245 cases,21.08%),anti-tumor drugs(109 cases,9.38%)and cardiovascular drugs(107 cases,9.21%).The top three kinds of anti-microbial drugs were cephalosporin,quinolone and penicillin;ADR mainly involved skin and its append-ages(423 cases,36.40%),digestive system(238 cases,20.48%)and nervous system(94 cases,8.09%);The top three routes of drug administration causing ADR were intravenous infusion(722 cases,62.13%),oral administration(313 cases,26.94%)and subcutaneous injection(40 cases,3.34%).CONCLUSION The occurrence of ADR is related to a variety of factors,early warning and monitoring of ADR should be strengthened to promote the clinical rational use of drugs.
