摘要
目的分析全身麻醉和硬膜外麻醉联合应用于直肠癌根治术患者中的麻醉效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月本院进行直肠癌根治术患者80例资料,随机分两组,对照组40例采取全身麻醉的方式,研究组40例采取身麻醉和硬膜外麻醉联合的方式,观察两组麻醉效果、不良反应情况。结果研究组患者苏醒的时间、拔管的时间比对照组短,且认知功能评分优于对照组,比较差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率7.27%低于对照组21.82%,比较差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全身麻醉和硬膜外麻醉联合应用于直肠癌根治术患者中的麻醉效果较好,能帮助患者在最短的时间苏醒,且不良反应较低。
Objective To analyze the anesthetic effect of combined general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in patients with rectal cancer radical surgery.Methods Data of 80 patients who underwent radical resection of rectal cancer in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups 40 patients in the control group received general anesthesia,and 40 patients in the research group received combined anesthesia and epidural anesthesia,and the anesthesia effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The awakening time and extubation time of patients in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the cognitive function score was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adr in the study group(7.27%)was lower than that in the control group(21.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in patients with rectal cancer radical surgery has a good anesthetic effect,can help patients to recover in the shortest time,and the adverse reactions are low.
