摘要
科研档案蕴含着丰富的科技信息资源,高效开发与利用这些信息资源,能够加快科技创新驱动乡村振兴步伐。以福建省农业科学院为例,通过挖掘蕴藏在科研档案中的科技创新信息资源助力乡村振兴的实际成效和存在的问题,提出挖掘农业科技人才、整合科技平台资源、集聚科技成果资源、共享科技合作资源、加强科技资源宣传等建议启示,为农业科研院所科研档案更好地为乡村振兴服务提供理论依据与实践样板。
Scientific research archives contain abundant scientific and technological information resources.The efficient development and utilization of these information resources can accelerate the pace of rural revitalization driven by scientific and technological innovation.By taking Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the actual effects and existing problems of promoting rural revitalization through mining the scientific and technological innovative information resources contained in the scientific research archives were explored,and some suggestions and inspirations were put forward,such as excavating agricultural scientific and technological talents,integrating scientific and technological platform resources,gathering the resources of scientific and technological achievements,sharing scientific and technological cooperation resources,and strengthening the publicity of scientific and technological resources,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical examples for agricultural scientific research institutions to better serve the rural revitalization.
