摘要
眼外伤可以导致眼球结构的改变,甚而影响伤眼的视觉功能,且其功能损害的轻重往往直接与人体损伤程度和残疾等级相关。因此,法医临床鉴定中,鉴定人经常需要对伤眼的视觉功能进行评估。通过精细的检查准确了解伤眼眼球结构的变化,有助于鉴别有无伪盲及伪装视力降低,准确评定其视觉功能。实践中,还经常会面对原有自身疾病的眼球在遭受外伤后视觉功能损害较伤前加重,此时,客观评估外伤对最终损害后果的实际影响,就显得更为困难。通过回顾近年来白内障、青光眼、高度近视、视神经病变等常见眼病及外伤致眼球结构改变与视觉功能障碍之间相关性的文献,对眼外伤的法医临床鉴定具有重要的意义。
Eye injuries can change the structure of eye balls,and cause vision damage,which has correlation with degrees of body injury and level of disabilities.Therefore,in forensic clinical identification,examiners should evaluate the vision of the injured eye.It could be able to distinguish simulated blindness and exaggerated vision loss,then accurately evaluate the visual function,with finely examining to comprehensively understand the destruction of the injured eye ball structure.In practice,it is more difficult to objectively evaluate the actual damage by trauma,when the diseased eyeball was injured again,especially its vision worsened.By reviewing the literature on the relationship between ocular structural changes and visual function caused by common eye diseases,such as cataract,glaucoma,high myopia,optic neuropathy,and eye injuries in recent years,it is of great significance to forensic clinical identification of ocular trauma.
