摘要
当归四逆汤一方出自张仲景《伤寒论》,原是治疗血虚肝寒所致手足厥寒、脉细欲绝等症的常用方剂。临床辨证大多为阳虚血弱、寒凝血虚。用"开阖枢"理论研究当归四逆汤的文献尚少。以"开阖枢"理论之"厥阴为阖"的角度,简述当归四逆汤的证治机制、组方配伍原则、临床应用现状及肿瘤防治的运用探索。通过博览、分析、考释古今文献,总结丰富了当归四逆汤在常见疾病诊疗中的新内涵,并提倡应研读经典,善用经方,探索方理在不同领域治疗奥秘。
Danggui Sini Decoction(当归四逆汤)is derived from ZHANG Zhongjing’s Treatise on Febrile Diseases.It was originally a commonly used prescription for the treatment of hand and foot syncope caused by blood deficiency and liver cold,and fine pulse.Most of the clinical syndrome differentiation are Yang deficiency and blood deficiency,cold coagulation and blood deficiency.There are few literature on the study of Danggui Sini Decoction with the theory of"opening and closing pivot".From the perspective of"Jueyin being the closure"of"opening and closing pivot"theory,this paper briefly described the syndrome and treatment mechanism,formula compatibility principle,clinical application status and application exploration of tumor prevention and treatment of Danggui Sini Decoction.By reading,analyzing and interpreting ancient and modern literature,the author summarized and enriched the new connotation of Danggui Sini Decoction in the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases,and advocated that we should study classics,make good use of classical prescriptions and explore the mysteries of prescriptions in different fields.
