促进剂含量对环氧固化物耐热性能和力学性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以双酚A型环氧树脂、甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐和二甲基苄胺为主要原料,制备了不同二甲基苄胺(促进剂)含量的环氧固化物,研究了促进剂含量对环氧固化物耐热性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,促进剂含量增加有利于提高环氧固化物的耐热性能,当促进剂含量大于0.5份时,环氧固化物的起始分解温度(T;)大于350℃;当促进剂含量为0.5份时,环氧固化物拉伸强度和硬度达到最大值,分别为76.84MPa和92.5D;环氧固化物颜色随着促进剂含量的增加由黄色逐渐变为深棕色。 Cured epoxy resin with different accelerator content was prepared,using bisphenol A epoxy resin,methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride and dimethylbenzylamine as the main raw materials.The effect of accelerator content on the heat resistance and mechanical properties of the resin was studied.The result showed that the increasing the accelerator content was beneficial to improve the heat resistance of the resin.When the accelerator content was greater than 0.5 phr,the initial decomposition temperature(T;)of the resin was greater than 350℃.When the accelerator content was 0.5 phr,the tensile strength and hardness of the resin reached the maximum,which were 76.84 MPa and 92.5 D,respectively.And the color of the resin gradually changed from yellow to dark brown with the increase of the accelerator content.
