摘要
使用2种不同的1K(K表示1束纤维含有1000根单丝)聚丙烯腈(PAN)基原丝均可以制备出性能与东丽T300碳纤维相当的碳纤维产品,但2种原丝进行预氧化处理时,预氧化温度存在明显差异。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、扫描电子显微镜、光学显微镜等分析手段对2种原丝的组成、性能进行了分析。结果表明,原丝组分不同是导致纤维预氧化温度存在差异的根本原因,在碳化处理之前预先分析原丝的性能,有利于工艺制定的合理性、准确性。
Carbon fiber products with the same properties as Toray T300 carbon fiber were prepared from 1 K PAN based precursors with two different processing routes.However, there were significant differences in pre oxidation process between the two precursors.FT-IR,DSC,SEM,OM and other analytical methods were used to compare and analyzed the composition and performance between the two kinds of precursors.It was indicated that the component difference of precursor was the essential cause of the difference of pre oxidation process of fiber, and the analysis of precursor for different precursor needed to be made before carbonization process, which was beneficial to the rationality and accuracy of process condition.
