中穿运营地铁重大风险基坑群变形模拟与监测分析 被引量:3

摘要 某基坑群位于天津市软土地区,基坑群中穿时速60km/h的运营地铁,中穿范围包含地铁车站主体结构及盾构隧道。基坑群开挖深度不同,最大开挖深度与盾构隧道埋深持平。施工过程中,运营地铁不停运、不降速,通过分析基坑工程的风险,采用有限元模拟、智能监测、智能分析等手段实时共享数据,及时有效指导施工步序的调整,科学规避地铁结构重大风险点位迅速变形,成功将地铁结构两侧基坑开挖过程中的变形矢量控制在预设范围内,同时避免地铁结构因变形产生的渗漏风险,保证地铁运营安全。 A foundation excavation group is located in the soft soil area of Tianjin. The foundation excavation group passes through the operating subway with a speed of 60 km/h, and the middle crossing range includes the main structure of the subway station and the shield tunnel. The excavation depth of foundation excavation group is different, and the maximum excavation depth is the same as that shield tunnel. During the construction process, the operation of the subway does not stop or slow down. Through the risk analysis of the foundation excavation project, the project adopts technical means such as finite element simulation, intelligent monitoring and intelligent analysis to share real-time data, timely and effectively guide the adjustment of construction steps, and scientifically avoid the rapid development of major risk point deformation of the subway structure. The deformation vector of the subway structure in the process of foundation excavation on both sides is successfully controlled within the preset range.
