摘要
为探究集聚槽轮压纱深度对纤维运动特征的约束能力及其纵向压力对赛络纺三角区动态结构和成纱性能的影响,分析了不同压纱程度下集聚槽轮调控纤维运动的理论模型,对比了不同压纱深度下所纺赛络纺纱线的三角区结构、毛羽、条干和强力。结果表明:随着压纱深度的增大,集聚槽轮对纱条的纵向压力提升,加强了对纤维运动的约束力,所纺赛络纺纱线的毛羽显著降低、强力有所提升、条干保持稳定;但当压纱深度过大时,对纱条的过载纵向应力限制了纤维的转移,导致纤维难以充分抱合,毛羽、强力、条干指标发生恶化。认为:合理选择集聚槽轮压纱深度可以提高赛络纱品质。
In order to explore the grooved wheel compressed depth on the constraint ability of fiber movement property and its lengthways pressure on the dynamic structure of siro spinning triangle and yarn property,the theorical model of control fiber movement by grooved wheel at different compressed depth was analyzed.The triangle structure,hairiness,evenness and strength of siro spun yarn at different compressed depth were compared.The test results showed as the grooved wheel compressed depth increase,the constraint ability on fiber movement was strengthened,the hairiness of siro spun yarn was obviously decreased,the yarn strength was improved and the evenness was stable.However,when the yarn compressed depth was too large,the yarn transformation was restricted by the lengthways pressure loaded on yarn.It led to difficulty in complete cohesion for fibers.The hairiness,strength and evenness index were worse.It is considered that the siro spun yarn quality can be improved by reasonable selecting the yarn compressed depth in grooved wheel.
