大型露天煤场封闭改造方案选择及经济性分析

摘要 随着环保政策的逐渐严格,设有防风抑尘网的露天煤场已无法满足扬尘污染治理的最新要求。以煤场封闭改造的必要性为切入点,对条形煤场常用封闭改造技术进行介绍,结合某电厂煤场实际情况,计算煤场封闭后储煤量,阐述改造方案的可行性,对钢网壳封闭方案、气膜封闭方案、管桁架封闭方案进行初投资估算、技术经济指标及社会经济性分析。结果表明:气膜封闭方案投资低,工期较小,但后期维护费用大;管桁架封闭方案造价高,回收年限长;钢网壳封闭方案总费用在施工、技术成熟度等方面具有相对优势,故钢网壳封闭方案为改造优选方案。 With the gradual strictness of environmental protection policy, the open coal yard with windproof dust suppression net no longer meets the latest requirements of dust pollution control. Taking the necessity of coal yard closure transformation as the starting point, the present paper introduces the common closure transformation technical routes for strip coal yards, calculates the coal storage capacity after coal yard closure in combination with the actual situation of a power plant coal yard, and elaborates the feasibility of the transformation plan. The initial investment estimation, technical and economic indicators and socio-economic evaluation are carried out for the steel mesh shell closure scheme, air film closure scheme and pipe truss closure scheme. The results show that: the air film closure scheme has lowest investment and short construction period, but high maintenance cost afterwards. The cost of the pipe truss closure scheme is high, and the payback period is long. The total cost of the steel mesh shell scheme has relative advantages in terms of construction and technical maturity, so the steel mesh shell closure scheme is the preferred scheme for renovation.
