不同应变率下钢纤维橡胶混凝土的抗压强度研究 被引量:3

Study on Compressive Strength of Steel Fiber Reinforced Crumb Rubber Concrete Under Different Strain Rate

摘要 为了研究应变率对钢纤维橡胶混凝土抗压强度的影响,通过正交试验设计和配制了不同橡胶掺量(0%、5%、10%和15%)和不同钢纤维掺量(0%、0.5%、1%和1.5%)的钢纤维橡胶混凝土试块,在不同应变率(10^(-5)、10^(-4)、10^(-3)和10^(-2))下进行单轴受压试验。结果表明:橡胶颗粒掺量越高,混凝土抗压强度越低;钢纤维的加入能够显著改善橡胶混凝土破坏时的裂缝发展,但对抗压强度的提升效果有限;应变率越高,钢纤维橡胶混凝土的动态抗压强度越大。最后,基于试验结果统计分析,提出钢纤维橡胶混凝土的峰值应力动力增大系数的计算表达式。 In order to study the effect of strain rate on the compressive strength of steel fiber reinforced crumb rubber concrete(SF-CRC),concrete specimens with different volume replacement ratio of crumb rubber(0%,5%,10% and 15%)and different volume fraction of steel fiber(0%,0.5%,1.0% and 1.5%)were designed and produced by principles of orthogonal test.The concrete specimens were tested under different compressive strain rate(10^(-5),10^(-4),10^(-3)and 10^(-2)).The test results show that the addition of rubber aggregates significantly reduced the compressive strength of concrete.And steel fiber can control the cracking development of concrete,but had limited effects on the compressive strength.As strain rate rises,the compressive strength of SF-CRC increases.Nonlinear regression analyses were used to propose a formular for the compressive strength of SF-CRC.
