基于环境气溶胶的防护用口罩过滤性能研究

摘要 根据口罩阻挡环境气溶胶微粒吸入人体的使用要求,模拟人体呼吸阻力(通常为30~50 Pa)。采集部分市场销售口罩和新型医用组合滤料口罩作为测试对象,对过滤环境气溶胶中0.3~0.4μm粒径区间的颗粒物的性能进行测试。结果表明:纱布口罩(8层)透气性大,但对环境气溶胶微细颗粒物的过滤效率低于10.0%,且3个纱布口罩叠用(24层)的过滤效率仍低于30.0%。活性炭口罩呼吸阻力适中,对环境气溶胶微粒的过滤效率为37.5%~44.6%。5#~7#无纺布口罩过滤效率在66.8%~80.4%,但呼吸阻力较高。新型医用9#口罩滤料过滤效率为80.5%~82.1%,空气流量为20.0~36.3 L/min,过滤性能最佳。新型医用组合滤料具有低阻高效特点,是一种环境气溶胶防护用口罩的理想过滤材料。 According to the requirements of the mask to block the inhalation of environmental aerosol particles into the human body, it simulates the respiratory resistance of the human body(generally 30~50 Pa). Some commercially available masks and new-type medical combined filter masks were collected as objects to test the performance of filtering environmental aerosol particles in the range of 0.3~0.4 μm particle size. The results show that the gauze mask(8 layers) has a large air permeability, but the filtration efficiency of environmental aerosol particles is less than 10.0%, and the filtration efficiency of 3 gauze masks(24 layers) is still less than 30.0%;the breathing resistance of activated carbon masks moderate, the filtering efficiency of environmental aerosol particles is 37.5%~44.6%;the filtering efficiency of 5#~7# non-woven mask is 66.8%~80.4% but the respiratory resistance is high;the filtering efficiency of the new medical 9# mask filter material is 80.5%~82.1%, the air flow rate is 20.0~36.3 L/min, the filtration performance is the best. The new medical composite filter material has the characteristics of low resistance and high efficiency, and it’s a perfect filter material for aerosol protective masks.
