摘要
输水隧道管片接缝结构关乎隧洞的受力安全和抗渗安全,通过有限元软件ABAQUS建立管片—接头—螺栓三维精细化模型,分析了管片接头在不同内水压作用下的力学特性与接缝张开大小及其变化规律。研究结果揭示了隧洞管片及接缝在不同内水压力作用下的力学特性与张开特性变化规律:盾构管片外侧表现为受压、内侧逐渐受拉逐渐过渡到内部表现为受压状态;随着内水压不断增加,盾构管片的最大拉应力值与最大压应力值也不断增大,且随着内水压的增加,盾构管片的竖向位移变形值逐渐增加,盾构管片竖向位移的变形趋势也明显增大,在最不利工况下,管片接缝张开量达到3.303 mm。结合隧洞接缝张开量健康监测标准,实现了内水作用下盾构隧洞管片接缝结构健康状态评估。
In order to study the influence of internal water pressure on the mechanical properties and deformation characteristics of segment joint structure of water conveyance tunnel,a three-dimensional fine model of segment-joint-bolt is established by finite element software ABAQUS.The opening size and variation law of segment joint under different internal water pressure are analyzed.The results show that the internal hydraulic load has a significant influence on the mechanical properties of the segment structure during the operation of the shield tunnel.The outer side of the shield segment is compressed,the inner side is gradually stretched,and the inside gradually transitions to the internal state of compression.With the increase of internal water pressure,the maximum tensile stress and maximum compressive stress of shield segment also increase,and with the increase of internal water pressure,the vertical displacement deformation value of shield segment increases gradually,and the deformation trend of vertical displacement of shield segment increases obviously.under the most unfavorable working conditions,the opening of segment joint reaches 3.303mm.
