摘要
目的探讨新冠肺炎疫情期间医院核酸检测实验室的设备配置及标准。方法通过综合分析核酸检测实验室的功能分区、日最大检测量、地域区位内职能定位等,确定实验室配置设备的种类、品目、数量等标准。结果分析总结实验室核酸检测设备配置及标准,对于新建或扩建实验室的核酸检测主要设备、配置数量、配置标准及检测环节所用时间提供了建议。结论按照标准配备核酸实验室设备可有效提高检测速度,对快速应对新冠疫情等公共卫生事件具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the equipment configuration and standards of hospital nucleic acid testing laboratory during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods Through comprehensive analysis of the functional zoning of the nucleic acid testing laboratory,the maximum daily detection volume,and the functional positioning within the geographical location,the types,items,and quantities of the laboratory equipment standards were determined.Results Analysis and summary of laboratory nucleic acid testing equipment configuration and standards provided suggestions on the main nucleic acid testing equipment,configuration quantities,configuration standards and time spent in testing procedures in new construction or expanding construction of laboratories.Conclusion Equipping nucleic acid laboratory equipment in accordance with the standards can effectively increase the speed of testing,and is of great significance for rapid response to public health events such as the COVID-19 epidemic.
