摘要
在轨道检测中,角速度与加速度测量法是惯性基准法的2种形式。提出高低不平顺测量的具体方法,通过Welch法对传感器的实测数据进行分析。结果表明,加速度计受检测梁振动影响较大,且动态响应大;分析传感器测量值与速度、不平顺波长等因素之间的关系,并利用Allan方差对传感器噪声进行标定,分析漂移与速度、波长和测量方法等因素之间的关系;结合当前采用的传感器指标,分析噪声系数对测量结果可能产生的影响。
Angular velocity and acceleration measurement methods are two forms of inertia reference methods in track inspection.Specific methods for measurement of longitudinal level irregularity are proposed and the measured data by sensors is analyzed with Welch method.The results show that the accelerometer is greatly affected by the vibration of the inspection beam and the dynamic response is large;the relationship between the measured value of sensor and factors such as speed and irregularity wavelength is analyzed;Allan variance is adopted to calibrate the sensor noise,and the relationship between drift and factors such as speed,wavelength and measurement methods is analyzed;the possible impact of noise coefficient on the measurement results is analyzed in combination with the sensor indicators currently adopted.
