摘要
随着城市规划管理对信息化的要求越来越高,规划成果数据建库成为了规划行业信息化建设的重难点。为了解决上述问题,设计一套规划数据GIS建库流程,制定数据库建设相关的标准规范,基于FME和ArcGIS等软件平台,实现福州市规划编制数据库和规划审批数据库建设,便于规划数据的现代化管理和高效应用。
With the increasing requirements of urban planning management for informatization, the construction of planning result database has become one of the key and difficult points of urban planning informatization.In order to solve the above problems, this paper designs a set of planning data GIS database building process, establishes the related standard specifications of database construction, and realizes the construction of Fuzhou planning compilation database and planning approval database based on FME and ArcGIS,which is convenient for the modern management and efficient application of planning data.
