摘要
近年来,国内植物工厂项目大量增加。因室内植物生长的特殊性,该类厂房在设计上与传统民用项目存在较大的差异。许多工程设计人员因缺乏该类项目的相关经验,直到项目投产,出现生产管理不佳、植物成长不良甚至死亡等问题后,才发现前期设计的不足之处。为此,收集了国内植物工厂在设计方面存在的常见问题,在温度均匀性、空气品质、空调能耗、二氧化碳方面提出了相关设计建议,以供参考,旨在减少设计弯路,避免返工,提供项目的经济效益。
In recent years, the domestic plant factory project increases greatly.Due to the particularity of indoor plant growth, the design of this kind of workshop is quite different from that of traditional civil projects.Due to the lack of relevant experience in such projects, many engineering designers did not discover the shortcomings of the preliminary design until the project went into production and problems such as poor production management, poor plant growth and even death occurred.For this purpose, common problems in the design of domestic plant plants were collected, and relevant design suggestions were put forward in the aspects of temperature uniformity, air quality, air conditioning energy consumption and carbon dioxide for reference, in order to reduce the design difficulty, avoid rework and provide economic benefits of the project.
