摘要
高校干部人事档案管理工作呈现出规范化、数据化、智能化等新特点,研究数据化背景下高校干部人事档案的价值实现问题,对于活化干部人事档案资源、有效提升组织人事工作水平具有重要意义。论文在明确高校干部人事档案价值表征的基础上,结合当前高校干部人事档案管理的核心问题,构建了高校干部人事档案价值实现的多维路径。研究成果对高校干部人事档案管理具有一定的参考价值。
