摘要
口服原位凝胶剂作为新型药物传递系统,完美融合了溶液与凝胶制剂的优点。相较于国外来说,国内是从医院制剂开始发展口服原位凝胶制剂。口服原位凝胶制剂在国内发展得到了科技和经济上的支持,多种口服原位凝胶制剂已经获得了国家批文,口服凝胶剂也从多种制剂中脱颖而出。通过实验和有关文献调查,从口服原位凝胶的研究现状、特点与分类、体外质量评价、临床应用前景四个方面来进行综述。
As a new form of drug delivery system(DDS),oral in situ gel perfectly integrated the advantages of solution and gel preparation,which had attracted wide attention in recent years and had become a research hotspot in the field of pharmaceutics and biotechnology.The domestic development started from hospital preparations,and many oral gels had been approved by the state.The advantages of oral gels had gradually become prominent.In this paper,the current research status,characteristics and classification,quality evaluation in vitro and in vivo and clinical application prospect of oral in situ gel were reviewed classifiedly.
