摘要
创业投资(Venture Capital)作为一种融资方式,是促进科技创新、推动我国经济发展和增强国际竞争力的重要因素。在当前我国创业投资产业向专业化、国际化和高端化发展的今天,由于创业投资本身存在众多不确定性因素,高风险性是其本质特征。而只有对创业投资企业加强风险管理,才能提高投资成功率,促进创业投资的健康发展。该文从风险管理的角度,阐述了创业投资企业风险管理的内涵与流程,并对创业投资企业风险因素进行分析,最后从风险评估机制的建立和风险控制的策略两个维度,希望对创业投资企业的风险管理提供一些有益的参考。
Venture Capital,as a financing way,is an important factor in promoting scientific and technological innovation,promoting China's economic development and enhancing international competitiveness.Today,China's venture capital industry is developing towards specialization,internationalization and high-end.Due to many uncertain factors in venture capital itself,high risk is its essential feature.Only by strengthening risk management of venture capital enterprises can we improve the success rate of investment and promote the healthy development of venture capital.From the perspective of risk management,this paper expounds the connotation and process of risk management of venture capital enterprises,analyzes the risk factors of venture capital enterprises,and finally hopes to provide some useful references for the risk management of venture capital enterprises from the two dimensions of the establishment of risk assessment mechanism and risk control strategy.
