摘要
装备制造业产业结构升级是我国强国之梦的必经之路。大量研究表明环境规制可以促进装备制造业的产业结构升级。该文从技术创新、国际贸易和国际投资、生产要素流动、企业更迭的角度探索环境规制影响装备制造业产业结构升级的理论机制,并提出了建议,为制定相应国家政策,达到环境优化和装备制造业转型升级的“双赢”局面提供理论基础。
The upgrading of the industrial structure of equipment manufacturing industry is the only way for China to become a powerful country.Many studies show that environmental regulation can promote the upgrading of industrial structure of equipment manufacturing industry.This paper explores the theoretical mechanism of environmental regulation affecting the upgrading of industrial structure of equipment manufacturing industry from the perspective of technological innovation,international trade and international investment,flow of production factors and enterprise change,and puts forward some suggestions,which provides a theoretical basis for formulating corresponding national policies to achieve the"win-win"situation of environmental optimization and transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry.
