摘要
国际地位的提高使得我国的社会经济进入了崭新的发展阶段,行业所处的国际国内市场都发生了显著的变化,尤其是建筑行业的发展迅猛,每年都为国家贡献了巨大的产值。但建筑工程项目中,造价管理关乎项目效益,新形势下的工程造价管理不能再局限在传统的造价管理理念和模式下,必须要紧跟行业现代化发展的要求,提高项目效益。基于此,本文重点研究了新形势下造价管理的有效对策,有利于指导各类建筑工程的造价控制。
With the improvement of international status,China's social economy has entered a new stage of development.Significant changes have taken place in the international and domestic markets of the industry,especially the rapid development of the construction industry,which contributes a huge output value to the country every year.However,in the construction project,the cost management is related to the project benefit.The project cost management under the new situation can not be limited to the traditional cost management concept and mode.It must closely follow the requirements of the modern development of the industry,actively innovate the cost management,and improve the project benefit through the whole process and dynamic cost management.Based on this,this paper focuses on the effective countermeasures of cost management under the new situation,which is helpful to guide the cost control of various construction projects.
