典型文洛式轻钢温室结构缺陷测试及力学性能分析

摘要 文洛式轻钢温室结构起源于荷兰现代农业技术,具有覆盖面积大、结构体系轻盈简洁的特点。由于国内农业温室结构缺少针对性的设计、施工标准,因此其建设过程中暴露出来诸多缺陷。本文首先针对某大面积文洛式轻钢温室结构进行了现场缺陷检测,分析了存在的典型问题及其成因;然后对形成温室主体结构的多跨门式刚架结构体系进行了三维建模,分别采用一阶弹性分析法及直接分析法对结构构件力学性能进行了研究。获得的检测数据及分析结果对于此类温室结构的推广应用具有一定参考。 Venlo light steel structure greenhouse originated from modern agricultural technology in the Netherlands,with a large coverage area,light and simple structural characteristics.Due to the lack of relevant design and construction standards for the structure of agricultural greenhouse,many problems and defects have been exposed in the construction process.Firstly,the field defect testing of a large area Venlo light steel structure greenhouse was carried out,and the typical problems and their causes were analyzed.Secondly,the structure system of multi-span portal frame which forms the main body of greenhouse was modeled in three dimensions,and the mechanical properties of structure were studied by using the first order elastic analysis method and the direct analysis method respectively.The obtained testing data and analysis results have some reference significance for the promotion and application of such greenhouse structures.
