摘要
钙是动物机体重要的元素组成成分,是动物维持和生长所必需的一种矿物营养元素,在动物机体内起着重要作用。由于植酸酶在家禽日粮中的广泛使用,依旧遵循NRC推荐的钙水平配制日粮可能已不再适用于家禽生长。这就需要提高对钙利用的认识,其中包括日粮中钙水平、非植酸磷水平、植酸酶的水平和效率,以及这些因素之间的相互作用。本文对日粮钙水平对家禽生长性能、植酸酶活性、蛋白质消化率、坏死性肠炎等方面相关研究进展进行综述,旨在为推广降低钙水平在家禽生产中的使用,促进家禽健康养殖提供参考。
Calcium is an important element in animal body,which is a necessary mineral nutrient for animal maintenance and growth.Due to the widespread use of phytase in poultry diets,diets still follow the NRC recommended calcium level may no longer be suitable for poultry growth.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the understanding of calcium utilization,including dietary calcium level,non phytate phosphorus level,phytase level and efficiency,and the interaction between these factors.In this paper,the effects of dietary calcium level on growth performance,phytase activity,protein digestibility and necrotizing enteritis of poultry were reviewed,in order to promote the use of reducing calcium level in poultry production and provide reference for promoting healthy breeding of poultry.
