摘要
为研究中草药复方对断奶仔兔免疫性能及抗氧化性能的影响,试验选取体重相近、健康的30日龄伊拉兔断奶仔兔60只,公母各半,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只。A组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,B组为试验组,饲喂基础日粮+1%中草药复方,预试期5 d,试验期60 d。试验30 d和60 d时,分别采集仔兔血液和免疫器官,测定其免疫性能和抗氧化性能。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组免疫器官指数升高,其中30 d仔兔脾脏指数显著升高17.78%(P<0.05)。试验组仔兔血清中IgG、IL-2和IL-6含量均有不同程度升高,试验30 d IL-2和IL-6含量分别显著升高20.91%和9.33%(P<0.05),试验60 d IgG、IL-2和IL-6含量分别显著或极显著升高10.36%、61.72%和22.88%(P<0.05或P<0.01)。试验组30 d和60 d脾脏IL-2 mRNA表达量显著提高(P<0.05),而IFN-γmRNA表达量有一定程度的提高,但没有显著差异(P>0.05);在抗氧化性能方面,试验组两个时期谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均表现增强,丙二醛(MDA)含量表现下降趋势,其中试验组30 d GSH-Px和SOD水平以及60 d SOD水平较对照组分别显著提高3.37%、14.05%和13.57%(P<0.05),60 d MDA含量较对照组极显著降低17.24%(P<0.01)。结果提示,日粮中添加中草药复方能显著增强断奶仔兔的免疫性能和抗氧化性能。
In the experiment,60 healthy 30-day-old Ira rabbits with similar weights were selected.They were divided into two groups randomly,each with 3 replicates,and each replicate with 10 rabbits.Group A was the control group,fed with basic diet,group B was the experimental group,fed with basic diet+1%Chinese herbal medicine compound,the pre-test period was 5 days,and the test period was 60 days.The blood and immune organs of the newborn rabbits were collected at the 30th and 60th days of the test to determine their immune and antioxidant properties.The results showed that compared with the control group,the immune organ index of the test group increased,and the spleen index of the 30-day young rabbits increased by 17.78%significantly(P<0.05).The levels of IgG,IL-2 and IL-6 in the sera of the young rabbits of the test group increased to varying degrees.The levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in the 30 d test were significantly increased by 20.91%and 9.33%(P<0.05).The levels of IgG,IL-2 and IL-6 in the 60 d test were significantly increased by 10.36%,61.71%and 22.88%(P<0.05 and P<0.01).The expression of IL-2 mRNA in the spleen of the test group increased significantly at 30 d and 60 d(P<0.05),while the expression of IFN-γmRNA increased to a certain extent,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).In terms of antioxidant performance,the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the test group increased during the two periods,and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)showed a downward trend.Among them,the level of GSH-Px and SOD in the test group at 30 d and the level of SOD at 60 d were significantly higher than those in the control group by 3.37%,14.05%and 13.57%(P<0.05),MDA content at 60 d was significantly lower than that of the control group by 17.24%(P<0.01)The results suggested that the addition of Chinese herbal compound to the diet could significantly enhance the immune performance and antioxidant performance of weaned rabbits.
