一种新型节能冷水机的设计

摘要 若冷水机不注重过冷度与过热度的设计,运行中没有过冷度和过热度,将直接影响机组的性能与寿命;由于压缩机的保护条件限制,冷却对象的负载不确定性,极容易出现控温不稳定,机器频繁启停容易发生故障。为解决上述问题,提出一种新型节能冷水机设计方法,通过理论计算冷媒系统模型,通过实验测试数据,对冷凝器和蒸发器计算进行优化,使冷水机运行时无论负载怎么变化,都能保证机组存在过冷过热度使机组能够长期正常运行、控温准确且无故障地运行。结果表明:此设计方法能够提高系统性能解决上述缺陷。 If the chiller does not pay attention to the design of superheat degree and superheat,there is no superheat degree and superheat in operation,it will directly affect the performance and life of the unit.Due to the limitation of the protection conditions of the compressor,the load of the cooling object is uncertain,so the temperature control is very easy to be unstable,and the machine is prone to failure due to frequent start and stop.To solve the above problems,a new type of energy-saving design method of cold water machine was put forward,through the theoretical calculation of refrigerant system model,through the experimental test data,the condenser and evaporator calculation were optimized,the cold water during whatever load change,could ensure its existence super-cooling degree of superheat of units in the long-term normal operation,accurate temperature control and trouble-free operation.The results show that the design method can improve the system performance and solve the above defects.
