摘要 齿轮在传动过程中受制造安装精度、载荷变化、齿廓磨损等因素影响,使齿轮参数发生变化,进而影响齿轮工作的平稳性和连续性。为便于检测齿轮工作过程中的参数变化,基于机器视觉技术设计制造了一套齿轮参数检测试验台,由传动装置、检测装置及数据处理系统组成,可实现标准齿轮、正变位齿轮、负变位齿轮等不同齿轮啮合传动的参数检测,以及完成在标准安装和正传动、负传动等不同安装形式下的测量工作。检测时可通过两组蜗杆传动带动齿轮的啮合传动与换位,采用工业摄像机拍摄齿轮啮合传动图像,将图像导入数据处理系统。系统是基于最小二乘法设计的Matlab处理系统,通过图像得出齿轮齿顶圆、齿根圆,进而得出齿轮模数、基圆及分度圆等其他参数,并输出相关图像绘制啮合线,测出法向齿距,得到齿轮实际重合度,实现齿轮参数的在线检测。系统具有实时检测、非接触测量、精度高、操作简单等优点,可应用于齿轮设计制造及教学研究,促进齿轮智能检测技术的发展。 In the transmission process,gear parameters are affected by such factors as manufacturing and installation precision,load change,tooth profile wear,etc.,which affect the smoothness and continuity of gear work.In order to detect the changes of gear parameters in the working process,a gear parameter test rig was designed and manufactured based on machine vision technology.The test-bed consisted of a transmission device,a testing device and a data processing system.The system could detect the parameters of different gear meshing transmission,such as standard gear,positive gear,negative gear,etc.,and completed the measurement work in different installation forms,such as standard installation,positive gear and negative gear.It could be detected by two groups of worm drive driven gear meshing transmission and transposition,adopted industrial camera gear meshing transmission image,the image into a data processing system,the system was designed based on the least square method processing system in Matlab,through image gear addendum circle and dedendum circle and module of gear were obtained,the base circle and other parameters,such as graduation circle,and output the relevant image to draw the meshing line,measured the normal tooth pitch,got the actual gear coincidence degree,and realized the online detection of gear parameters.The system has the advantages of real-time detection,non-contact measurement,high precision and simple operation.It can be applied to gear design,manufacturing and teaching research,and promote the development of intelligent gear detection technology.
