摘要
拱桥桥型具有结构简单、承载能力好、后期维护费用少、使用寿命长、造价低廉等特点,被广泛运用于现代铁路、公路、水利等行业建设中。而在施工过程中,难免会出现各种各样的意外,包括浇筑的混凝土过重,浇筑位置不符合标准等,使得钢拱架由于过载而导致异常情况出现,轻则倾斜、扭曲,重则坍塌。本文详细介绍了分段分环现浇方法成拱方法,并对配套施工模板进行研究设计,解决了以上问题,保证了拱圈线性控制和安全质量。
The arch bridge type has the characteristics of simple structure,good carrying capacity,low maintenance cost,long service life,and low cost.It is widely used in the construction of modern railways,highways,water conservancy and other industries.In the construction process,it is inevitable that various accidents will occur,including the poured concrete is too heavy,the pouring position does not meet the standards,etc.,which makes the steel arch frame abnormal due to overload,ranging from inclination and distortion to severe Collapse.This article introduces in detail the arching method of segmented ring-in-situ method,and researches and designs the supporting construction template,which solves the above problems and ensures the linear control and safety quality of the arch ring.
