摘要
为了探索潭牛鸡和文昌鸡肉用性能和屠宰性能的差异,试验选择1日龄潭牛鸡和文昌鸡母鸡各5000只,潭牛鸡采用快慢羽鉴别雌雄,文昌鸡采用翻肛鉴别雌雄,每个鸡群设置5个重复,每个重复1000只,在相同饲养管理条件下饲喂相同日粮,全程笼养至16周龄上市。每周龄末从两个鸡群的每个重复随机选取40只鸡空腹12 h后称重,记录每个重复每周耗料量,计算累计饲料转化比;记录两个鸡群每天的死淘数,计算育雏期(0~6周龄)和育肥期(7~16周龄)成活率;6周龄末统计两个鸡群各重复公鸡数,计算雌雄鉴别准确率;16周龄末每个重复随机选取10只进行体尺(体斜长、龙骨长、胸深、胸宽、胫长、胫围和髋骨宽)测量和屠宰性能(活重、屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、腿肌率、胸肌率、腹脂率)测定。结果表明:潭牛鸡和文昌鸡母鸡初生重差异不显著(P>0.05),1~2周龄体重差异不显著(P>0.05),潭牛鸡母鸡3~16周龄体重显著大于文昌鸡母鸡(P<0.05);潭牛鸡和文昌鸡母鸡0~4周龄各周累计饲料转化比差异不显著(P>0.05),潭牛鸡5~16周龄各周累计饲料转化比显著小于文昌鸡母鸡(P<0.05);潭牛鸡和文昌鸡育雏和育肥期成活率差异均不显著(P>0.05);潭牛鸡的雌雄鉴别准确率达99.60%,显著高于文昌鸡(P<0.05);潭牛鸡体斜长、龙骨长、胸深、胸宽、胫长、胫围和髋骨宽均大于文昌鸡,但均差异不显著(P>0.05);潭牛鸡的半净膛率、全净膛率、腿肌率和胸肌率显著高于文昌鸡(P<0.05),二者屠宰率和腹脂率差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明潭牛鸡与文昌鸡体型差异不大,但肉用和屠宰性能均优于文昌鸡,快慢羽雌雄鉴别准确率也显著高于传统翻肛鉴别。
In order to explore the difference of meat performance and slaughter performance between Tanniu chicken and Wenchang chicken,five thousand hens of Tanniu chicken and five thousand hens of Wenchang chicken at the age of one day were selected in the experiment.Tanniu chickens were identified by fast and slow feathering,and Wenchang chickens were identified by anal turning to identity male and female.Each chicken group was set with five repetitions,1000 for each repetition.Under the same feeding and management conditions,they were fed the same diet and caged until they were listed at the age of 16 weeks.At the end of each week,40 chickens were randomly selected from each repetition of two chicken flocks,weighed after 12 hours of fasting,recorded the weekly feed consumption of each repetition,and calculated the cumulative feed conversion ratio.The number of dead and eliminated chickens of two chicken flocks per day was recorded,and the survival rates of brooding period(0-6 weeks old)and growing period(7-16 weeks old)were calculated.At the end of six weeks,the number of cocks of each repetition in two chicken groups was counted,and the accuracy of male and female identification was calculated.At the end of 16 weeks of age,ten chickens were randomly selected for body size(body oblique length,keel length,chest depth,chest width,tibial length,tibial circumference and hip width)measurement and slaughter performance(live weight,slaughter rate,half eviscerating rate,eviscerating rate,leg muscle rate,chest muscle rate and abdominal fat rate).The results showed that there was no significant difference in birth weight between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in body weight between 1-2 weeks old chickens(P>0.05).The body weight of hens of Tanniu chicken at 3-16 weeks old was always significantly higher than that of hens of Wenchang chicken(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in cumulative feed conversion ratio between the two groups at 0-4 weeks old(P>0.05).The cumulative feed conversion ra
