摘要
氟碳铈矿是轻稀土的主要来源,具有重要的工业意义,常采用浮选法进行分离回收。合成了一种新型苯并呋喃-2-羟肟酸(HBFCA)捕收剂,采用核磁共振氢谱(^(1)H NMR)和质谱(MS)对其进行了结构表征。通过量子化学计算和氟碳铈矿单矿物浮选对其进行了浮选性能探讨。量子化学计算发现,HBFCA中—OH和CO中氧的负电荷均高于传统捕收剂H_(205),故HBFCA更易于与氟碳铈矿中的稀土离子作用。氟碳铈矿、重晶石和萤石单矿物浮选试验结果显示,HBFCA捕收剂在用量较低时浮选效果优于H_(205),且对氟碳铈矿和重晶石之间的分选效果较好。量子化学计算和浮选试验结果均表明,HBFCA是氟碳铈矿的有效捕收剂。
Bastnaesite is the main resource of light rare earth elements with great industrial significance and usually separated by flotation.A novel N-hydroxybenzofuran-2-carboxamide(HBFCA)collector was synthesized and characterized by^(1)H NMR and MS.The flotation behavior of bastnaesite was studied by quantum chemical calculation and single mineral flotation.It was found that the negative charges on hydroxyl oxygen and carbonyl oxygenin HBFCA were higher than those in 3-hydroxy-2-naphthylhydroxamic acid(H_(205)),so HBFCA was easier to interact with rare earth ions on the surface of bastnaesite.The flotation tests of bastnaesite,barite and fluorite were carried out,and the results showed that the collecting ability of HBFCA was better and the efficiency of separating bastnaesite from barite was higher than that of H_(205)when the dosage was low.The results of quantum chemical calculation and flotation tests showed that HBFCA was an effective collector for bastnaesite.
