摘要
针对配备了无源车号标签的列车车辆,提出一种新型自动检测货车车号的方法及系统模型。该模型结构由移动式采集设备和控制中心组成。移动式采集设备通过搭载的射频识别(RFID)阅读器和激光距离传感器自动采集信息数据,并将数据实时上传至控制中心,通过数据分析实现对车辆车号无源电子标签质量状态的全自动检测,对故障标签进行预警提示。最后通过实验证明了所提车号标签质量检测方法的有效性。
A new automatic detection method and system model of freight train number are proposed for the train equipped with passive tags. The structure of the model consists of moving acquisition equipment, load path and control center. The moving collection equipment automatically collects information data through the RFID reader and laser distance sensor, and uploads the data to the control center in real time. Through data analysis, it realizes the full-automatic detection of the quality status of the passive electronic tag of the vehicle number, and gives warning and prompt to the fault tag. The validity of the method is proved by experiments.
