基于嵌入式LoRa集成网关的温室测控系统的设计与实现 被引量:10

摘要 为有效探究作物的品质与其生长环境的关系,并对温室内的作物生长环境进行精准监测与管理,文中设计了一种基于物联网、嵌入式技术、LoRa技术、可视化技术的温室环境测控系统。该系统采用LoRa低功耗物联网技术配合Raspberry Pi微处理器、RAK2245网关、RAK5205节点、PLC等,来实现对温室作物生长环境的测控。使用Python与C#编写系统与管理平台程序,采用多传感器融合算法对环境数据进行处理,实现对环境信息监测的可视化。针对温室的工作环境,综合考虑了文中系统的成本、可靠性、扩展性等。结果表明,文中设计系统的节点线程数维持在1500以下,通信距离在600 m以内时,节点请求失败率为3.41%,数据的传输误差为8.3%。说明文中系统可以准确并稳定地获取温室内环境的数据,并在平台端或手机APP上对温室设备进行精准操控,为研究作物生长模型提供了方便。 A greenhouse environment monitoring and control system based on Internet of Things(IoT),embedded technology,LoRa technology and visualization technology is designed to effectively explore the relationship between crop quality and its growth environment,and accurately monitor and manage the crop growth environment in the greenhouse.In this system,LoRa low⁃power IoT technology is used in conjunction with Raspberry Pi microprocessors,RAK gateways,RAK nodes,PLC and so on to achieve the monitoring and control of the greenhouse crop growth environment;the Python and C#is used to compile programs for the system and management platform;the multi⁃sensor fusion algorithm is used to process the environment data,so as to realize the visualization of environmental information monitoring.In allusion to the working environment of greenhouse,the cost,reliability and expansibility of the system are considered comprehensively.The results show that when the number of node threads is kept below 1500 and the communication distance is within 600 m,the node request failure rate is 3.41%and the data transmission error is 8.3%.It shows that the system can accurately and stably obtain the environment data in the greenhouse,and accurately control the greenhouse equipments by the platform or mobile APP,which provides convenience for the study of crop growth model.
