摘要
随着海洋工程市场竞争日趋激烈,海上平台组块与钻机整合管理已引起了市场和业界的关注。如何有效地实现整合管理,成为海洋工程现代化和多元化管理研究的方向和发展目标。从项目管理角度出发,对平台上部组块以及组块钻机模块的常规工程管理模式进行对比分析,探索组块与钻机分块管理整合的优势与意义,对海洋工程及油气田开发管理维度提升及降本增效具有一定的指导意义。
With the increasingly fierce competition in the offshore engineering market, the integrated management of offshore platform blocks and drilling rigs has attracted the attention of the market and industry. How to realize the integrated management effectively has become the research direction and development goal of the modernization and diversified management of offshore engineering. From the perspective of project management,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the conventional engineering management modes of the upper block of the platform and the block rig module,and explores the advantages and significance of the integration of block and rig block management,which has a certain guiding significance for the enhancement of the dimension of offshore engineering and oil and gas field development management as well as cost reduction and efficiency increase.
