摘要
以MOF-5为模板,采用浸渍法和焙烧法制备了一种Ti/ZnO/C复合材料,并应用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-vis DRS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、N_(2)吸附-脱附技术等多种方法对Ti/ZnO/C的结构、形貌、成分、光谱性质等进行了分析。结果表明,Ti/ZnO/C是一种介孔材料,BET比表面积为123 m^(2)/g,孔径为2.56 nm。C的复合使ZnO的禁带宽度从3.25 eV降至2.88 eV,极大地增加了ZnO的光响应范围。Ti^(4+)的复合可抑制ZnO晶粒长大,增加ZnO的表面羟基数量。研究了Ti/ZnO/C对四环素(TC)、土霉素(OTC)和强力霉素(DC)的降解性能,并与ZnO和ZnO/C进行了比较。结果显示,Ti/ZnO/C是一种良好的光催化材料,TC、DC和OTC的降解率分别为99.2%、95.1%和84.7%。
Taken metal organic framework MOF-5 as the template,Ti/ZnO/C complex was prepared by the impregnation and thermal treatment in the nitrogen atmosphere.Then Ti/ZnO/C was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-vis DRS),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and N_(2) adsorption-desorption technique,respectively.The results show that Ti/ZnO/C is a typical mesoporous material with hexagonal wurtzite structure,which surface area and pore size are 123 m^(2)/g and 2.56 nm,respectively.The combination of C significantly leads to the reduce in the width of the band gap of ZnO from 3.25 eV to 2.88 eV,and the optical response range of ZnO is greatly broadened.The combination of Ti^(4+) suppresses the grouth of ZnO particles and increases the amount of surface OH groups of ZnO.The photocatalytic activity of Ti/ZnO/C for the degradation of tetracycline(TC),oxytetracycline(OTC)and doxycycline(DC)was investigated.The results exhibit that Ti/ZnO/C is a excellent photocatalyst,and the degradations of TC,DC and OTC are 99.2%,95.1%and 84.7%,respectively.
